I really love this magazine. I learn something every time it comes in the mail. Here are a couple of interesting things that I read in this one.

Go all out on an exercise bike for just 3 minutes and your body may get 23% better at using insulin to move sugar from your blood to you muscles, according to a new European study. Researchers thing the large muscles you use to pour it on may be the most efficient at using insulin.
